Johnny Themans, MCIM, Msc
As the Founder and Managing Director of Good2Great, his experience of over 30 years has helped thousands of businesses—from startups to companies exceeding £50 million—achieve their goals through customised programmes and hands-on support.
Johnny has worked with an array of industries, including Food, Drink, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Tech and more. He also holds a Masters in Organisation Development and is a Chartered Marketer.
Nicola Edwards
Nicole Edwards has a background in managing the commercial performance of over 50 Shell fuel stations, where she collaborated with, and led franchisees to achieve over £40 million in annual retail sales across the Midlands and Central London. She focused on driving sales, maintaining financial health, managing risk, ensuring safety, and upholding compliance standards.
Nicole was key in improving operations, processes, and projects, including redesigning the Shell/Waitrose conversion process, which involved site selection, new store launches, and hypercar programs. Additionally, she brings 12 years of experience from the corporate division of Volkswagen Audi Group.
Nick Bromley, FCCA
Nick Bromley FCCA is a Chartered Certified Accountant with over 18 years of experience in the accountancy industry, and is now running his own accountancy practice in Ludlow. He specialises in delivering a wide range of Accountancy and Tax services tailored to the needs of individuals, partnerships, and companies across various sectors.
Nick is dedicated to helping small business owners navigate the complexities of finance with confidence.
